This section serves two readers. If you are choosing or reorganizing a business email service, you will find three guides: the operating model, the features to require, and backup and continuity. If you already use Klytic Mail, you will find four how-tos for routine administration tasks.

A business email service plays three roles at once. It receives mail sent to your domain. It keeps the history of your exchanges with customers, suppliers and public authorities. It carries the calendars, contacts and shared addresses your teams rely on every day.
The “Understand” guides hold true for a reader who never becomes a customer: they set out criteria, limits and sources, then say where Klytic stands. The “Use Klytic Mail” notes assume the service is in place. They describe who acts (the user, your account administrator or Klytic support) and what the plan covers.
Two guides already published complete this block. To compare providers, read choosing a European business email service. To change servers without changing your domain or losing mail, follow migrating email without interruption.
Klytic Mail can be filtered by Klytic MTA, the security gateway placed in front of the mail service. How it works (quarantine, CEO fraud, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) is covered in the Email security section, which also applies to a mail service other than Klytic Mail.
Where mailboxes are located, which company operates them and who holds the encryption keys are covered in the Digital sovereignty section. The starting point is the guide what is a sovereign cloud; Klytic’s hosting options are described on the hosting and sovereignty page.
