Digital Sovereignty

Your data, on our premises or yours. You decide.

Klytic is designed, developed, and operated by a French company. You choose the hosting zone and deployment method: our infrastructure, a dedicated instance, or your own servers.

Consult an advisor for my hosting

Three ways to deploy Klytic

The same service, the same level of features. Only the location where the infrastructure runs changes. You can change modes later.

The simplest

☁️

Klytic Cloud

We host and operate everything on a platform segmented by client. Quick setup, updates, and monitoring included.

• Setup in 24 to 48 hours

• Updates included

• 99.9% availability commitment

Ideal for VSEs, SMEs, and associations

🖥️

Dedicated instance

Infrastructure reserved for your organization only, in the zone of your choice. Your data does not reside with that of any other client, and we continue to operate everything for you.

• Complete isolation

• Independence

• Availability commitment up to 99.95%

Ideal for mid-sized companies and regulated sectors

🏢

On your premises (on-premise)

Klytic is installed on your own servers, in your facilities or datacenter. You retain full physical control; we handle installation, updates, and support.

• Total control

• Integration with your directory

• Isolated network possible

Ideal if your data must not leave your premises

A hybrid operation is also possible: for example, email filtering with us and messaging on your premises.

Three zones, your choice

Each zone has its own infrastructure. Your data remains in the chosen zone.

🇪🇺

Europe

Hosting in Europe, under European law and GDPR. The default zone for our French and European clients.

🇲🇺

Mauritius

A local entity and hosting, for low latency and compliance with the Mauritian Data Protection Act.

🌍

International

For multi-country organizations: we will work with you to determine the most suitable zone for your constraints.

What "sovereign" means to us

The word is widely used. Here's what it concretely covers.

A French operator, not a reseller

Klytic is published and operated by Dedicace Software, an independent French company. We are not an overlay on an American service: the platform is ours.

Outside the CLOUD Act

Since 2018, US authorities can request access to data managed by an American company, even if hosted in Europe. Klytic does not fall within this scope.

Your content is not exploited

No advertising, no profiling, no data resale. Your emails and documents serve your activity, nothing else.

GDPR and data processing agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided to you upon signing, including a list of processing activities, potential subprocessors, and retention periods.

Guaranteed reversibility

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time in standard formats, and for 30 days after the contract ends; it is then deleted from our infrastructures.

How the infrastructure is operated

Availability

99.9% commitment on Klytic Cloud, up to 99.95% on a dedicated instance, with continuous monitoring.

Backups

Daily backups, retained for 30 days, with on-demand restoration.

Encryption

Encryption of exchanges between your workstations and the platform, and encryption of data at rest.

Traceability

Access and administration logs retained and exportable to your own monitoring tools.

Maintenance

System updates and upgrades of the deployed solution, assistance in case of malfunction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the zone or deployment mode later?

Yes. Switching from the shared cloud to a dedicated instance, or to your own servers, is possible.

Who has access to my data?

Your users, and the administrators you designate. On Klytic's side, technical access is limited to operational and support activities, named and logged.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You are free to migrate your data to another service. You can also benefit from our support.

What if I want to keep my current messaging system?

This is possible: Klytic MTA can secure emails in general. Some features may be limited or not applicable.

Which hosting is right for your organization?

Regulatory constraints, existing infrastructure, desired zone: we study your context and recommend the right option.

Request advice
